Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with prior notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

Our plumbers will perform the agreed plumbing tasks, but we do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, mold damage, or conditions that require specialized restoration services.

7. Damages & Liability
